The founding partner of TMA, Auret van Zyl, has more than 15 years of corporate and business consultancy and project / transaction management experience, with the last 8 years being focused on the sport industry. Auret has expert knowledge and experience in professional cycling.
Furthermore, Auret has more than 20 years of corporate finance and transaction management experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions and joint ventures.
Auret has transaction managed and advised on major corporate and financing transactions in the UK, The Netherlands, Italy, Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Hong Kong, South Korea and the US in a broad range of sectors, including sport and entertainment, luxury retail, metals & mining, banking, telecommunications and information technology, real estate, pharmaceuticals and energy.
